Bride sitting on stone bridge with dress overhanging at Fallen Oaks Estate

This gorgeous estate does not disappoint! The carriage house, equestrian stable, lakeside dock and expansive lawn are just a few of the features this venue provides. One bride described it as “rustic elegance” and I must say that I agree with that. The property is well maintained and the old world charm blends perfectly with modern amenities.

Noteworthy Features

Fallen Oaks Estate sits on 40 acres of rolling hills and oak forests. The property offers some of the most beautiful views in Paso Robles! The top floor of the hay barn has been converted to a beautiful, modern, chic suite that opens up to amazing views of the countryside. The rear of the suite features a deck for relaxing and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine.

Above the stables, you will find a suite where modern meets rustic for the perfect balance of style. This Carriage House features 700 square feet, a flat screen TV and a cabinet bar with all the tools and service ware needed to craft a cold beverage. The Carriage house is beautifully crafted with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, stylish furniture, and a rustic-chic decor.

Let me tell you…the styling and decor at this venue is amazing for pictures! If you want that timeless feel, this is a great venue to give you that look of classic elegance.

Reception Area and Guests That Can Be Accommodated

The estate is very large and can accommodate up to 250 guests. A large parking area is separate from the venue space, so the venue won’t be cluttered with traffic in the background.

The ceremony can take place in any one of the beautiful areas of the property, but most couples choose to wed down the hill by the lake. The abundant shade from the oak trees provides a cool, shaded place for guests to relax while you say “I do!” The large lawn in front of the main house is a great place for the reception and provides some shade, but off to the side of the barn is where most couples choose to set up. You can dance the night away at the entrance to the stables. The barn doors open up to a large patio that is perfect for the dance floor.

Other Considerations

The venue rental includes an on-site coordinator. Brides and their families absolutely love Kari, the coordinator. She is a pleasure to work with and really knows how to make dreams come true out at the Paso Robles estate. The owners of the estate are just as amazing and are quick to respond to any request. Numerous reviews have shown that brides have enjoyed the planning experience at the venue and both the owners and the coordinator have gone above and beyond to make every wedding as perfect, unique and special as possible.

The property also has a friendly horse who would be happy to take some pictures with in exchange for some snuggles and encouraging words as well as the chance to sneak a few nibbles of grass along the way.

Cost

While I was unable to find a standard cost for renting The Fallen Oaks Estate, I did see that there is a two night minimum stay at the estate. I would imagine the cost depends greatly on the amenities you would like included in your wedding. Some people might not need the loft above the hay barn and others may not need the views by the lake.

Tables and chairs will need to be rented separately and security will likely need to be provided, especially when alcohol is served.

“We had the most beautiful wedding spot in the county. There is so much charm to this venue in the middle of the rolling hills of Paso. Plus it was a fun place for our out of town guests to come to.
